What are we talking about? About our POTHOS of course 😁
Who doesn’t have a pothos at home?
Let’s try to learn more about the photos. It belongs to the Araceae family and it comes from Australia.
Pothos is an ornamental, climbing plant that has large, oval or heart-shaped, glossy, bright green, thick and stiff leaves.
Pothos is also very popular because it can be grown by anyone, even by those who have a black thumbs 😉 It does not need great care and it stands out precisely for its extreme versatility and resistance in different light and climate conditions. If we choose a pothos, we can safely keep it at home, just find a bright place, but be careful to avoid direct sun exposition and air streams.
How to water the pothos?
In the summer we water at least three times a week, while in the winter it only takes once. The immersion technique is recommended in order to allow the right level of humidity, we have also to remember to spray the leaves very often.
And when repotting the pothos?
Repotting is necessary every two/three years, because the growth of this plant is very fast. Repotting is suggested at the end of the winter season, simply choosing to buy a larger pot. For all the details of the repotting you can watch the video on our Youtube channel.
But above all… which pot can we choose for the pothos?
We suggest you a pot that should not be particularly large (but this clearly depends on the plant size). We can suggest to grow your pothos in a Mymood pot. Whether it is on the ground or as hanging plant, we imagine the photos…a perfect beautiful pot, that takes care of the health of your plant.
Why? Because the roots of the plant do not suffer and they can grow healthily.
And what about you? Which pots are you choosing? 🌱
