World Earth Day is on Saturday 22nd of April 🌏. It is an international event in favour of environmental sustainability and respect of our planet.
It is known as Earth Day all over the world and it was established by John McConnell, a peace activist who, in October 1969, proposed this day to celebrate life and beauty of the Earth. This proposal gained a strong support and since then, that day has been celebrated every year. It is a precious occasion to renew important commitments and responsibilities towards the Earth.
And so here we are 👉 another time to talk about sustainability 👉 an essentially important theme for us and to which we spend our time, attention and concrete commitment.
In detail:
🌱 From over 60 years we produce plastic pots. Aware that plastic, based not on ideologies but on scientific studies and research, is a recyclable material that is among the first row materials in terms of eco-sustainability. In fact, let us remember that the focus must be shifted from the raw material to its use-disposal… And we have already talked about this here.
🌱 We have started our project “re-use RE-LOVE with the aim to realize pots with over 80% of recycled plastic and we use electric energy from 100% renewable sources.
Sustainability is the key to look at the future

This is not only the homework for all the parents, but it is also an important task for every big company that looks beyond its interests.
Our commitment in schools environments is constantly a must and we have often talked about our sustainable projects … also here.
We have recently collaborated with the Maria Bambina Nursery School in Lissone (Monza Brianza), by Milan. In these months Kids and teachers have created an admirable educational project.They set up a part of their space with pots 👉 with the aim to give beauty and and attention to the environment.After all, kids are a sprout that one day will become a plant … and as they can tell and draw … nobody can😁 Do you agree?
The Earth Day is not a claim, but a commitment that is a real lifestyle and work.
